Synopsis/Details
All her life, Mia has felt like a mistake. Her sister seems favorited, her best friend has caught the eye of nearly every young man, she's bullied and always feels like a sandcastle left to be swept by the waves. As she begins her senior year, things couldn't be harder. Tests get harder, bullies get meaner, and tears become a frequency. It's not until a touching moment with her youth group that Mia realizes she's worth something, that she's loved and valued, and that she has so much to give to the world. Once she starts believing it, things seem to get brighter. Sometimes it just takes one person to show you that you are an individual that deserves to be valued.
