Synopsis/Details
Velvet Stone or “Velvet” is a former Department of State trained twenty-five year old alt-style assassin who is in business for herself helping find and eliminate with Extreme Prejudice human traffickers. Velvet’s former State Department partner is a young but capable female swords expert, Asta Raine, who always had Velvet’s back until one mission went sideways and now they both want revenge on each other. Agent Lester, a CIA agent worked with Velvet and Asta but has been compromised by the mission and set up both to be removed by company agents through whatever means possible. Velvet seeks out and fights nefarious bad agents leading up to her confrontation with Asta at an abandoned shopping mall but in the process learns they all were manipulated by Chester Stone, Velvet’s estranged father who was thought dead, but has secretly been behind the trafficking for profit business. In the end, it turns out Chester is really a double agent working to bring down the rogue government and finds an unlikely ally in Velvet as they both find a way to reconcile the past.
