Ross has spent his career chasing what science said was impossible: a cure for aging itself. When he finally succeeds, he shares the breakthrough with Pamela, the woman he loves. It works — until it doesn't. A catastrophic side effect sends them both aging at a terrifying rate, and Ross has only days to reverse it.
As he races to perfect a corrective formula, Lou Marinos, a corrupt scientist turned crime boss, moves to seize the discovery for himself, kidnapping Pamela to force Ross's hand. With everything on the line, Ross has to out-think his way through danger; he was never built to survive by force alone, relying on intellect to bring her home safely.
Having reversed the damage and outmaneuvered Marinos, Ross gets the ending he almost lost everything for: a proposal at Rome's Trevi Fountain, a wedding under the Tuscan sun, and a life stretching out ahead of them with no expiration date: the forever man and his forever woman.
