Synopsis/Details
In a town under quarantine, an unknown virus has infected the inhabitants and turned them into feral cannibals. Brian, a young scientist working on a cure, is the only survivor after containment is lost and the virus goes global. A year later, Brian gets captured by a horde of wild humans led by Patient Twenty-One, an infected man Brian once conducted experiments on. Patient Twenty-One has the extraordinary ability to control the feral humans—a side effect of the experiments. Patient Twenty-One wants Brian to help him and his dying horde attack The Ark, a fortified installation containing those responsible for the virus. Brian must decide if seeking revenge justifies exterminating the last of humanity.
