Having received the good news that his stolen safe has been found, Jeff Bills travels to a self-storage facility to pick it up and get on with his life. Upon arrival, he meets the owner of the facility, Roosevelt, who initially appears to be helpful, but soon begins to act strange, and even hostile -- and before he knows it, Jeff finds himself in a life-or-death situation.
