Synopsis/Details
In the pilot, The owner of a small boutique liquor store, his manager, and their three lazy employees with bad attitudes help customers in their typical jaded fashion.
The regular customers display their most annoying characteristics, the vendors are horrible, and the employees take turns hazing the new employee until he quits.
The owner’s back hurts so he’s cranky. The manager doesn’t help matters by having too much “medicinal” marijuana all day and forgetting key tasks. The owner constantly has to remind her to get things done.
Eventually, the day is done.
No one has learned anything.
None of them have experienced personal growth.
No one lives happily ever after.
Just like life.
