Olivers Twist

Olivers twist features a man trapped inside the worst day of his life. Oliver is a low-level street criminal, just trying to survive in his day to day world, where violence and death are an unfortunate fact of life. He's no saint, that's for sure. A man of his world and morally gray when he has to be but living by a code nonetheless. He is also a man with dreams and hopes and the capacity to love. All of which is snatched away from him when he learns that the woman he loves - his on again, off again girlfriend Pauline - has been brutally murdered. As if this weren't horrible enough, Oliver awakens the next day to find that Pauline is once again alive - as if the previous day never happened. If fact, the previous day hasn't happened - it's happening all over again. With Olivers world turned upside down and filled with confusion and pain as everything repeats itself and even when he tries to change things Paulines fate remains grim. Day after day, Oliver struggles to come to terms with his new reality. As a street thug he is ill equipped to deal with a world in which the same say repeats over and over - and yet, he may be the only one who can. What and who could make this happen, Was it all in his head? Is he being punished by the universe. How many times can he fail to save the love of his life and not just give up and lose hope?
