Growing up, my parents always taught me that I should find a career that makes me truly happy. I think in part, this was because they had done the exact opposite. They had stable jobs out of college, that became stable careers used to support three sons through college. My parents and my grandparents before them sacrificed their chance at something adventurous to give myself and my brothers every opportunity to follow our dreams.
