Erika Simms works the graveyard shift as a corporate security guard, overlooked by everyone around her. But when two seasoned operatives from a clandestine organization notice her uncanny instincts, they offer her a choice: remain invisible forever, or become something dangerous.
Under the mentorship of John Caesar—code name Dragonfly, and James Jamal— code name Owl. Erika transforms into a lethal weapon trained in the ancient art of Dim-Mak. For the first time in her life, someone sees her potential. Someone believes she matters.
Then they take Dragonfly from her.
When Dragonfly is captured by a shadowy cabal with ties to the world's most powerful banking dynasty, Erika receives her orders: rescue him if possible. Eliminate him if necessary.
But Mouse has her own orders now.
