Message In A Bottle

rankie and Johnny Devers are fishing one morning when Johnny spots a bottle floating in the water. after netting it, he notices that there is a note inside it, and he uses a screwdriver to work the note out to where he could read it. Frankie used his psychic powers to find out that the note was written by a young teenaged girl. The note and bottle were brought to the Sheriff's office. Frankie figures she has to be held in a houseboat, where she would have easy access to the river, but there aren't many houseboats on the river, so he and his brother Johnny went looking near where they found the bottle. They found the houseboat and a wave by the kidnapped girl, accompanied by her call for help, sends Frankie and his brother straight to the Sheriff's office.
