The story kicks off with a bang in the middle of the California desert. They're outnumbered four to one by the local Nazi-sympathizing Kill-Devils MC, but numbers mean jack shit when you're up against a special ops team masquerading as bikers.

Meanwhile, FBI Agent Rosalita Fernandez, part of the Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Task Force, starts digging into the mysterious Rogues MC. Her investigation leads her to a maximum-security prison for a tense meeting with a feared biker boss – who turns out to be her father.
