Synopsis/Details
After trying to escape a seemingly abortive kidnap attempt on her boyfriend Dante, son of a crime lord boss, Nastassja "Nasti" Dragunova is involved in a car crash and wakes up in nightmarish hospital in Hell. A phone call from Dante reveals he is trapped here too, and despite his objections she sets out to save him. Narrowly avoiding blank-faced demons who have come to kill her, she escapes in a stolen ambulance with a demon called Van Xant. Government agents Angelina Gold, Mark Bishop and Deputy Marshal Stone set out to hunt her down, and it becomes clear that Nastassja is not in Hell and her head trauma is causing her to hallucinate. As they make their way to rescue Dante, Van Xant finds himself both falling for Nasti and fearing her, and realises he is caught up in something very dangerous - she is apparently an undercover government agent and is being pursued by numerous parties. She is deadly and capable, but her failing health is compromising their odds of survival. He also begins to realise there is something very wrong about their mission to rescue Dante, but unbeknownst to him Nastassja has a very dark secret that may very well be the death of him.
