Synopsis/Details
A multi-season epic series that follows the tragic tale of the beginning and ending of the Peloponnesian War, and all the many marvelous characters contained within it, from Pericles in Athens to Lysander in Sparta. But the war itself will be a backdrop of the life and death of Socrates, and his extremely affectionate and extremely complicated relationship with one of history's most enigmatic figures, Alcibiades. The season of the series show Athens' gradual decay, the backdrop of events that inspires Plato's dialogues, all intermixed with the mysticism of Greek mythology.
