"GYM CANDY" is a gripping neo-noir feature centered around Brooke Savage, a witty and fearless private detective. When Levi hires Brooke to locate his runaway sister, Stacie, things take a dangerous turn. Within 24 hours, Brooke uncovers that Stacie has absconded with her brother's stash of steroids. As Brooke delves deeper into the investigation, she stumbles upon a sinister steroid ring, implicating Levi and his girlfriend, Amanda. Suspicious of their involvement, Brooke follows a perilous trail that leads her to the enigmatic figure known as Bear, the mastermind behind the ring. A dramatic encounter at Brooke's office ensues when Levi and Amanda bring Stacie, resulting in a violent clash fueled by steroids between Levi and Brooke. Ultimately, Levi and Amanda depart, leaving Stacie in Brooke's care. Entrusting her sister Rubie with Stacie's safety, Brooke embarks on a mission to confront Bear, armed with the steroids Stacie stole. At Bear's bar, Brooke encounters his two henchmen, Anthony and Leo, both clearly under the influence of steroids. Brooke's razor-sharp wit and combat skills bring her face-to-face with Anthony and Leo in separate confrontations, captivating Bear's attention. Overwhelmed by Brooke's prowess, both Anthony and Leo are left defeated on the floor. Impressed by her skills, Bear offers Brooke a meeting and a tempting job opportunity, which she swiftly declines. Before sealing any deals, Bear discloses further unsavory information about Levi and Amanda, compelling Brooke to confront them directly. However, Anthony and Levi reach Levi and Amanda first, leading to a violent altercation resulting in Leo's demise and Anthony's unconsciousness at Levi's residence. Fearful and desperate, Levi and Amanda seek refuge at Brooke's office, calling her for assistance. Brooke rendezvous with them and escorts them to her apartment, where a reunion between Levi, Stacie, and Amanda takes place. The following morning, they assemble at Brooke's office to meet Detective Drew Allen for a conversation. After an initial interview, Levi and Amanda accompany Detective Allen to the police station for further discussions. As the web of violence, drugs, and money tightens, Bear pays an ominous visit to Brooke's office.
