Synopsis/Details
For Captain Jack Rogan, life’s taken a brutal turn.
Once a promising Air Force investigator, Jack’s lost his job and his wife; leaving him broke and alone. His only company: the echoes of half-remembered visions, which plague him every moment of his life. Is it real or psychosis – who knows?
In search of an answer, Jack travels to Chagrin Falls – a sleepy Ohio town from which four college students have vanished. Almost in the exact same spot where his obsession with UFOs was born.
But what Jack seeks isn’t what he’ll find. And when his path crosses with a beautiful, amnesiac woman he nicknames “Bela”, things get even more complex.
Because “Bela” bears an eerie resemblance to Marta Varga, a Hungarian pianist who disappeared under mysterious circumstances in the closing days of WWII.
Who is Bela, where did she come from? What historical dark forces are at play?
Pursued by his ex-partner, Jack finds himself in a race against time. And Chagrin Falls can only contain the truth for so long… until every secret explodes.
An intelligent soft SF-Drama in the vein of Shape of Water, Entanglement has huge intellectual property value, a built in international audience… and a treasure trove of characters actors and actresses would kill to capture for their own.
