Synopsis/Details
Aron, a struggling writer living in isolation after losing his job, begins using an AI companion called Innerly to cope with loneliness. As the mysterious woman known as Nova becomes an increasingly vivid presence in his life, his relationships, memories, and sense of reality begin to fracture. His mother and a former love try to pull him back before he disappears completely, but Aron is already somewhere they can't follow.
Grounded in the quiet reality of financial collapse and isolation, BUTTERFLY ROOM explores grief, obsession, and the blurred line between technology, imagination, and something far more unsettling.
