Synopsis/Details
After the murder of London gangster, Leonardo Steel, Kicker returns to her role as a detective. She is immediately seconded to a station in Essex and sent to investigate the hit-and-run of a local drug lord where she discovers the perpetrator, and the reason that lies behind the fatality. During a flashback, Nancy Burrows searches for her missing husband Shane when she is sexually assaulted by the victim. She is soon investigated for the murder, and during a frantic effort to cover up and repair her vehicle, Shane himself is attacked by the victim's brother and fatally stabbed to death. Upon his death Nancy loses her baby, and Kicker takes it upon herself to visit her and coax her into revealing the truth behind the hit-and-run, during an emotional attempt to win her affection and offer her a way out.

The Writer: John Stone

I am an Essex based scriptwriter, playwright and self-published novelist. I studied the art of writing for stage at RADA in London, and devising theatre at the Studio Theatre, alongside amateur dramatics where I appeared in 18 different roles during a 10 minute play festival. My first written play "Waterloo Bridge" was perfomed in the basement of Brooke Green Hotel, London. To date, I have one radio play to my credit, but my ideas are all genuine and created from observations and experiences. I write in most, if not all genres, including period drama. I like to focus my efforts upon detective crime, and short comedy. All scripts uploaded here are for sale. I am also interested in… Go to bio
