where is the Feedback Loop section and how does it work?

i was updating a script (damn typos!) and i scrolled past a checkbox reading:

Add To The Feedback Loop
Check this box to add your script to the Feedback Loop section and allow others to submit feedback on your work. Please note; your script must have a pdf file uploaded to be included. You will be emailed if any feedback is posted and you can always request to have it removed if you feel it is detrimental to your exposure.

i've searched around for this Feedback Loop section but haven't been able to find anything – can anyone clue me in?
